This week we are going to focus on your core. We know that your core should be the focus of your life to health, stability, and executing the archery shot.
Workout of the Week
On this workout, make sure you focus on form. If you get tired, push through as best you can or take a longer break between sets or reps.
- 30 Second – Plank
- 30 Seconds – Side Plank (Left and Right Side)
- 30 Seconds – Bicycle Crunch
- 30 Seconds – Bridge
- 30 Seconds – Push-up Lat Row (video)
- 30 Seconds – Russian Twist (video)
Repeat this routine 3 to 5 times, 4 to 6 days a week as a supplement to your daily routine.
