In my world, I like to train for the hunt and live by providing training programs and ideas for the hunter to be able to get ready for the hunt. Lets face it, we hunt to live and live to hunt so why not train for the hunt to better your life and health.
This weeks Train for the Hunt Workout of the Week by Train Hunt Eat is a simple routine that does not require anything special other than floor space. All you need is some floor space and your body weight. Lets hit those abs.
Train Hunt Eat Workout of the Week
Three to Four times a Week – Ab workout
10 knee crunches
12 leg raises
20 flutter kicks
60 second plank
10 cross crunches
20 cycling crunches
10 heel touches
Repeat 3-5 times 3-5 days per week for maximum results
