Peanut butter overnight oats

During the new year, everyone is asking for breakfast recipes. As much as we all want to eat pork products with fried eggs and some toast every day for every week, we all know that eating habits are what help maintain weight, build mass, and keep you healthy. Overnight oats is simple to make and you can make a batch of 5 to have it ready every morning.
This recipe comes from the Minimalist Baker
Ingredient:
- 1/2 Cup Milk or other Dairy Free Alternative such as Almond Milk
- 3/4 tbsp chia seeds or chia powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 half cup rolled oats
Ingredients
Directions:
- Simply add all the ingredients in a container or mason jar, cover and refrigerate overnight. Simple.
