3 Rounds:

  • 20 deep squats
  • 15 hip openers each side
  • 20 glute bridges
  • 1-minute pigeon stretch each side
  • 1-minute hamstring stretch
  • 1-minute thoracic rotation

Easy Cardio:

30 Minutes:

  • Walk
  • Hike
  • Easy bike

Keep heart rate low.
