Main Workout

 4 rounds:

  • 10 pullups (or rows)
  • 15 pushups
  • 15 dumbbell shoulder press
  • 20 bent-over rows
  • 50-yard farmer carry

Rest 90 seconds.

Finisher

5 Minutes (Any Cardio):

  • 20 Burpees
  • 20 Pushups
  • 30 Second Planks
