Not everyone has access to a gym or weight set due to time locations, financial constraints and also time constraints.  In my world, I like to train for the hunt and live by providing training programs and ideas for the hunter to be able to get ready for the hunt.  Lets face it, we hunt to live and live to hunt so why not train for the hunt to better your life and health.

This weeks Train for the Hunt Workout of the Week by Train Hunt Eat is a simple routine that does not require anything special other than floor space.  All you need is some floor space and your body weight.

Train Hunt Eat Workout of the Week

This is a core workout because eventually we will be back at the beach!

Four to five times a Week 

20 Crunches

20 Reaching Crunch

20 Bicycle Crunch

20 Elevated Crunch

20 Russian Twist

20 Ab Rollups

20 Sec Side Plank

20 Sec Plank

20 Leg Lifts 

Repeat 3-7 timesfor maximum results
