Workout of the Week
On this workout, make sure you focus on form. If you get tired, push through as best you can or take a longer break between sets or reps.
30 Sec – Plank
10 Reverse Crunches
10 Sitting Twists
30 Sec – Side Plank (Left)
30 Sec – Side Plank (Right)
10 Heal Touch Crunches
5 Back Extensions
10 Burpees
Repeat this routine 3 to 7 sets on 2 minutes rest – 4 to 6 days a week as a supplement to your daily routine.
