We have all been through a mess in 2020 and as we enter the first week of 2021, we all have goals. The goal maybe
fitness related, hunting related, fishing related, or internal fixing related. At Train Hunt Eat, we help get you back on track
to achieve peak fitness.
This is the second Weekly Challenge by Train Hunt Eat in 2021. Each week will be a progression. This week we will focus
on core, basic fitness, and a little more.

Train Hunt Eat Workout of the Week
Four to Five times a Week
30 Mountain Climbers
12 Superman Pose
Planks – 20 Sec on 3 Sec rest (3 times)
Side Planks – 20 Sec on, 3 Sec Rest (2 times per side)
Repeat 3-5 times 4-5 days per week for maximum results
ADD: Run or any cardio 1/2 hour, every other day.
