Tacos are a staple in my life. At least once a week we are sitting at the table eating tacos. Being a hunter, there are always cuts of meet where you either have left over or as with me, tired of grinding or stewing scraps, I turn to venison tacos, chili and burgers for my go to utilization. Lets be real, who does not like tacos? For me, this is one of the best venison tacos recipes. You can sue this recipe for any protein, venison, elk, turkey, rabbit, antelope, and beef or boar? You name it!
Ingredients and Prep
2 pounds of Ground Venison
3 Tbs Cooking Oil
2 Tbs Lime Juice
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1 Tbs Ground Cumin
1/2 Tsp Ground Cayenne
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Taco Shells – Soft/Crunchy/Both
WHATEVER YOU WANT!!
- No Gym Get Ripped Train SystemCombine Venison, cumin, cayenne in a bowl and mix.
- Add cooking oil to a hot pan on medium/high and cook until browned.
- Add salt, pepper and lime juice at the end.
- Place in taco shell of your liking, top with what you want, and eat as many as you need to.
