Not everyone has access to a gym or weight set due to time locations, financial constraints and also time constraints. In my world, I like to train for the hunt and live by providing training programs and ideas for the hunter to be able to get ready for the hunt. Lets face it, we hunt to live and live to hunt so why not train for the hunt to better your life and health.
Lets get on the 100 Push-Up Challenge!
This weeks Train for the Hunt Workout of the Week by Train Hunt Eat is a simple routine that focuses on push-ups and do not require anything special other than floor space. However, their is nothing wrong with adding in some dumbbells.
Train Hunt Eat Workout of the Week
This workout is more of a challenge that a workout. This is a push-up challenge. The challenge is to complete 100 or more push-ups everyday.
You do not need to complete all 100 in one sitting, it could be completed in 20’s or maybe 10 push-ups every hour? Ball is in your court.
It does not matter how you complete the 100 push-ups, it is more about doing the 100 push-ups everyday for the entire week.
There are many types of push-ups so change it up, experiment and see what you like the best.
