Should you Weigh Yourself?

Should you weigh yourself to determine your fitness?  Absolutely, 100% no.  Weight does not tell you how fit you are, it only tells you your weight when you step on the scale.  

It is not an accurate measure of your fitness.  The only way to measure fitness is through body composition and if you see what you like.  Check out the video below.
