Stir-Fry is my go to when I want to make a quick nutritious meal.  Noting like the low fat for a nice pheasant.



  • Step 1: Bring rice and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, and liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes.
