How to Find the Time?
When I asked people what is their biggest obstacle when it comes to fitness, the main response was “TIME”. I can understand that “TIME” can be an issue, however, if fitness is something that is important to you, you need to find the time!!
Keep in mind, that the TIME is not when you are at the doctor and they are telling you that you need to lose 30-40-50 pounds and you are now diabetic.
No more excuses on how to find the time. No more blaming anyone on why you cant find the time because of him, her or it. FIND THE TIME!!
