We all know and fall victim to hydration, or should I say the lack of hydration. For this Fitness Friday, we are going to focus on the main component of life. We all know what it is….no it is not whisky. It is good old, high quality H2O.
Water that is! Without it, we die. With it, we strive. Hydration is important for life. Hydration is essential for life. Hydration is needed of life. This is why this topic of Fitness Fridays – Hydration is so important.
It is that simple. we need to be hydrated to live.
